Early Access

The service runs in Early Access. The free tier (100 screens per month) is fully available. Paid plans are activated by the operator on request while payment wiring lands.

Your account

• Provide accurate account information and keep your API keys secret; keys carry your full account access.
• You are responsible for the data you send and for the decisions you make with responses.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or exceed quotas persistently.

The service

• Responses are decision support: typed scores, confidence values, and tier recommendations. They are not hiring decisions and must not be used as the sole basis for one.
• Model outputs are probabilistic. Validate thresholds on your own data before automating anything.
• We may change models, quotas, or pricing; material changes are announced in advance for paid plans.

Liability

The service is provided as-is during Early Access, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Arsana's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim.
